The idea behind ConsultAssistent originated with ENT physician Henk Blom over twenty years ago from the conviction that having structured information about the patient and their environment is essential in making the right diagnosis, initiating the right treatment and providing the best service. With a passionate team we strive every day to offer the best digital anamnesis and PROM tool in the world.

ConsultAssistent is a product of Outcome Measurement B.V. which was founded by Henk Blom (ENT doctor), Martijn Buitenhuis(Buitenhuis Advies) and Bert Mooij and Patrick Nelissen of Enovation Funatic (specialist in patient portals and mobile apps).
Joining forces has resulted in a successful cooperation in which extensive knowledge of healthcare, strategic business operations, patient experience, healthcare ICT and security is safeguarded.
