ConsultAssistent welcomes Andrea Rossi to the software development team!

Welcome Andrea Rossi! Andrea is our new addition to our team.
One month after Andrea’s starting date, he surprised us with a homemade cake! An office tradition from his previous employer, Picnic. A tradition we’re delighted to embrace.

Originally from northern Italy, Andrea developed an early interest in computers from a young age by playing with his father’s old laptop. He was so fascinated by it that he decided to enroll in a high school specializing in software and electronics. There, one of his hobbies became creating small robots. (For the nerds: he used early versions of Arduino).

For his Bachelor’s final assignment in IT Engineering, he also built a small robot; a self-controlled racing model car! During his Master’s program in Amsterdam, his passion shifted more towards software quality and testing. In the years that followed, he gained extensive experience at Picnic in areas such as automated testing. With his knowledge and experience, he is a great addition to our team, and another great colleague to have!

When asked why ConsultAssistent, Andrea replied: “Checking that the software we create performs exactly as expected is often overlooked. For this reason, I was drawn to ConsultAssistent, where quality truly comes first. Additionally, it has that intimate startup feeling.”
