WHO ARE WE
We are ConsultAssistant. ConsultAssistent is an eHealth solution developed by doctors for doctors. It is our missis that we can learn from every previous patient how to improve the care for the next one.
With smart modules for digital autoanamnesis, personalised follow-up and outcome measurement, as well as decision support and data insights that make care better, more effective and more efficient, we contribute to good care. With these modules, a large proportion of the questions the doctor asks the patient are already asked online in advance. This helps with triage, patients are better prepared and doctors get to the point faster. The data is used for decision support and analysis.
Every day, we work with great pleasure and drive on a product that really adds value for patients and healthcare providers. We are a scale-up; our size allows us to innovate quickly and to continuously optimise our product. Geared to the needs of the users. We do this together with our extensive network of customers and cooperation partners.
WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO
Together with the marketers, you are continuously working on translating the value proposition of ConsultAssistant into good leads and long term satisfied customers. You use smart inbound marketing campaigns to focus on your pipeline of measurably interested customers to work, in the Netherlands and abroad. Together with the Customer Success colleagues and partners of ConsultAssistent, you are responsible for the further development and expansion of our marketing and sales department, launching successful marketing campaigns, enthusing new customers, giving product demonstrations, preparing and following up offers and guiding customers to the awarding of the contract. With your knowledge, energy and personality, you have a crucial role in this. You manage your team and ensure periodic reporting to the shareholders.
In time, you may become a member of the ConsultAssistant management team and contribute to the further growth of our company on an operational, tactical and strategic level.
WHO WE ARE SEARCHING
We are looking for an enthusiastic person with a "go for it" factor, someone who can listen and be a good discussion partner for a medical specialist, medical manager and IT manager. Someone who thinks in solutions and who has worked as a sales and/or business developer for several years. An agile scale-up working method suits you. You are daring, entrepreneurial, professional and have an eye for detail. You have the drive to improve yourself and your team.
- You have a completed HBO or university education and at least 5 years' work experience as a sales and/or business developer, preferably in the healthtech sector;
- You are creative and enterprising. You see opportunities and make them happen. You could tell us a few stories about your successful deals and contracts
- You have a very clear and distinctive Dutch writing style. You also write and speak English fluently.
- You are analytical, conceptually strong and entrepreneurial;
- You are complaint-oriented, a good discussion partner and can empathise well with patients and doctors.
- You have an eye for detail and are able to see the big picture. You can switch easily between the two.
- You are a networker and already have a network in hospital care;
- You have a strong personality and proven cooperation skills for different personality types and functions.
- You can successfully manage a team and inspire employees to get the best out of themselves;
- You are not averse to getting your feet in the clay and rolling up your sleeves;
- You have experience with Inbound sales & marketing tooling such as HubSpot and Pipedrive
- Experience with eHealth applications is an advantage.

ConsultAssistent is a product of Outcome Measurement BV, which was founded by Henk Blom (Professor and ENT specialist), Martijn Buitenhuis (Buitenhuis Advies) and Funatic (specialist in patient portals). By joining forces, a successful collaboration has been created in which extensive knowledge of healthcare, strategic business operations, patient experience, healthcare ICT and security is safeguarded.
