ConsultAssistent is now live for the entire gynecology patient population at Ommelander Hospital Groningen

Following a successful launch of the gynecology module, which included the implementation of two care pathways, ConsultAssistent has now been expanded, and the automated medical history form is being used for all new patients in the Gynecology Department at Ommelander Hospital Groningen.

Thanks to this expansion, all patients receive ConsultAssistent’s digital self-assessment form prior to their clinic visit. This allows patients to outline their symptoms, medication use, and care needs, among other things. As a result, they enter the consultation room with a clearer understanding of their situation and better prepared .

Our gynecology module supports patients with the following referral reasons, among others:

🔷 Subfertility/infertility
🔷 Menopausal symptoms
🔷 Pain during intercourse
🔷 Menstrual and cycle problems, such as irregular periods
🔷 Urinary and prolapse symptoms, such as problems with bowel movements

The patient's responses are recorded in a structured format and are immediately entered into the NEXUS Nederland EHR, which helps ensure that both the patient and the healthcare provider are well prepared.
