New partnership with Golden Heart!

Great news from the geriatric rehabilitation community! ConsultAssistant has a new partnership with Golden Heart.

Golden Heart is a treatment service and part of network organization Fundis, working within geriatric rehabilitation, among other areas. They offer specialized treatments for frail elderly and people with chronic illnesses. Multidisciplinary work is central for them, also at intake.

Together with Golden Heart, we are currently working hard to develop a new intake questionnaire for geriatric rehabilitation!
This module will contribute to the quality of the care process for both the rehabilitant, the relatives and the treatment team. Beautiful steps that make us very happy!
