ConsultAssistent contains a large number of digital anamnesis and follow-up modules. These are smart questionnaires in which a large part of the questions the doctor asks the patient are already asked online. This helps with triage, patients are better prepared and doctors get to the point faster. The data is used for decision support and analysis.

Together with your team of module developers, you are responsible for the iterative further development of these modules and for the development of new modules. The goal: to be and remain the best digital anamnesis and follow-up solution. With your knowledge, brainpower and personality, you have a crucial role in this. You manage your team and ensure an efficient development process. You closely follow the experiences of patients and doctors with ConsultAssistent and translate them into improvements in the modules and new decision support. You also follow national and international developments in the field of online triage, diagnostics, PROMs and PREMs. You are a foreman for your team and ensure that your team runs like a well-oiled machine. You monitor the scalability of the modules and that they meet all safety requirements.

You will become a member of the ConsultAssistant management team and think and work on an operational, tactical and strategic level to contribute to the further growth of our company.

We are looking for a top person with a broad medical knowledge who has worked as a consultant, product manager and/or as a physician for several years. An agile start-up working method suits you. You are daring, enterprising, have an overview of the big picture and an eye for detail. You have the drive to improve yourself and your team.

• You have a completed university education in a medical field such as medicine, biomedical sciences or clinical technology and at least 5 years of working experience as a consultant, product manager and/or as a physician;
• Dutch is your mother tongue. You have a very clear and distinctive writing style. You write and speak English fluently.
• You are analytical, conceptually strong and entrepreneurial;
• You are complaint-oriented and can empathise well with patients and doctors.
• You have an eye for the smallest detail and are able to see the big picture. You can switch easily between the two.
• You are a networker and already have a network in hospital care;
• You have a strong personality and proven collaboration skills for different personality types and functions. You can successfully manage a team and inspire employees to get the best out of themselves;
• You are not averse to getting your feet in the clay and rolling up your sleeves.
• Experience in developing eHealth is a bonus.
• Experience in developing diagnostic and PROMs questionnaires is also a bonus.
