Using digital healthcare to make smarter use of capacity and reduce waitlists?

ZonMw offers grants to healthcare organizations that wish to implement digital solutions to improve the continuity of specialized medical care—even in situations of increased pressure, such as staff shortages, long wait times, or a sudden influx of patients.

Who is eligible to apply for this grant?

Healthcare institutions that provide specialized medical care under the Health Insurance Act (Zvw), such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and independent treatment centers. Applications may be submitted individually or as part of a consortium.

How can ConsultAssistent help with this?

We believe that our digital patient history, follow-up, and PROMs make a tangible contribution to this. For example:

  • Fewer unnecessary in-person (follow-up) appointments
  • More Efficient Use of Scarce Healthcare Capacity
  • Faster insight into symptoms and prioritization of care
  • Better preparation of patients before their appointment

ConsultAssistent is a proven solution used in numerous hospitals and clinics throughout the Netherlands. We not only provide value in crisis situations, but also improve day-to-day healthcare practice—from more efficient and enjoyable consultations to better patient preparation. We’d be happy to work with you to figure out what a grant application might look like and how we can set up a project together.
