MedMij qualification for ConsultAssistent and Enovation
Enovation and ConsultAssistent have successfully achieved MedMij qualification for the PDF/A data service.
Hospitals and clinics using ConsultAssistent can now make the results of completed questionnaires available to the patient's personal health environment (PHE) via the Enovation myhealthConnect DVA (Service Provider Provider). Users thus meet the objectives of VIPP5, Module 2.
ConsultAssistent is an eHealth solution for digital history and outcomes measurement. It allows patients to answer online prior to the consultation many of the questions normally asked by the physician during the consultation. This allows patients to be better prepared and physicians to get to the point faster.
The data from ConsultAssistent is used for better consultation, process improvement, decision support and research. The physician sees the reports back in the EMR and the patient can now also find the answers in their own PHE.
This also makes the results of ConsultAssistent available in the patient's PHE
Enovation as DVA
With myhealthConnect,Enovation offers the DVA solution in accordance with MedMij. Within MedMij, the DVA ensures secure and standardized exchange of data from source systems and applications of healthcare providers with the patient's PHE. myhealthConnect now fulfills this role for more than 100 healthcare providers.

Exchange of data from questionnaires and e-health applications is central to Module 2 of the VIPP5 program. The qualification for the exchange of results from ConsultAssistent with the PHE fulfills this objective.
