When sending questionnaires, it is important not to burden patients unnecessarily. For this purpose, we have developed a new functionality that prevents patients from receiving the same or similar questionnaires too often. For example, for experience measurements: these are automatically limited to a maximum of once a year for the same measurement, or for another type of experience measurement at least six months later.
