Elders complete history well

We are often asked if older patients can handle our digital auto-anamnesis and follow-up software.

According to Patrick Tettero - Operational Director at Eye Clinic The Hague, older patients are doing very well, perhaps even better than younger people.

What are the conditions for this success?
๐Ÿ‘‰ Patients like that only the relevant questions are asked, that there is a logical structure to the questions and that there is no duplication. There is also room for a personal story.

๐Ÿ‘‰Doctors are happy that there is less administrative burden and that the consultation gets to the point faster because there is a more informed conversation. There is a fuller, more consistent picture and mirror information is available.
๐Ÿ‘‰For the healthcare system, it means lower costs, more efficient and appropriate care and a wealth of objective and comparable healthcare data.
