Privacy Statement of Outcome Measurement

Outcome Measurement B.V. is the supplier of ConsultAssistent. Outcome Measurement has two privacy statements:
- Privacy Statement for the ConsultAssistant Application;
- Privacy Statement for Outcome Measurement that covers the data we collect and use, for example when you visit and use our website, when you subscribe to our newsletter and when you apply for a job.
This privacy statement has been prepared for Outcome Measurement BV, the supplier of ConsultAssistent, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 65972902. We encourage you to read this privacy statement carefully. In this Privacy Statement, we explain what personal data Outcome Measurement collects and uses, for what purposes, on what legal grounds and what your privacy rights are.
Outcome Measurement is committed to the proper handling of personal data and therefore processes and secures personal data with care. Our practices are externally audited.
1. Personal data that we process
1.1 Website, web forms and newsletter
If you accept our cookies when using our website, we also store data about the Internet browser and the device you use to visit our website. We use this data to measure the performance of our website in Google Analytics. Your IP address is not recorded and stored during your visit to our website. We have implemented Google Analytics according to the guidelines of the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data, published on 6 March 2018. You are therefore visiting our website anonymously. Under the heading '8. Cookies on the ConsultAssistent website' of this privacy statement you can read more about the cookies we place when you visit our website.
On our website, you will find various forms, such as the contact form and the download form. The data you provide via these forms may end up in our Customer Relations Management (CRM) system and/or marketing platform. If you are not a customer, we do not store data longer than two years.
On the 'request a demo' page you can request a demo of ConsultAssistent via a form. If you fill in and send the form, we will receive your message next:
- Your company name
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
On the page 'contact with ConsultAssistent' you can send us a question. If you fill in the contact form and send it, we will receive your message next:
- Your company name
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
You can subscribe to our newsletter on the 'subscribe to newsletter' page. We receive for this:
- Your name
- Your e-mail address
Because you submit an application to us by filling in the forms, the basis for the above processing is a contract. You can also subscribe to our newsletter via our website. When you sign up for the newsletter, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of sending the newsletter. We use a marketing platform for this purpose. In every newsletter you receive from us, we offer you the opportunity to unsubscribe.
The data in our Customer Relations Management (CRM) system and in our marketing platform are processed in the United States. Until recently, the appropriate level of legal protection was ensured by our processor's Privacy Shield. On 16 July 2020, the Privacy Shield was annulled by the European Court of Justice. Outcome Measurement is monitoring the developments and will determine the appropriate next steps accordingly.
Outcome Measurement retains data for as long as necessary. We apply the following retention periods:
- Data that you fill in for demo applications is stored for a maximum of 2 years.
- We keep the data you enter for contacting ConsultAssistant up to 2 years after the contact request has been processed.
- Contact details you provide for sending newsletters are deleted one year after the last newsletter has been sent.
1.2 Applications
If you apply to Outcome Measurement, we process your personal data for the purpose of the application process. This includes the data you provide and any notes following job interviews. This data is shared only with those involved in the application process and will be deleted within 4 months of the completion of the process.
With your permission, we may include your personal data in our talent pool. These will then be kept for a maximum of three years.
1.3 (Potential) customers
Limited personal data of (potential) customers is processed. This data includes contact details. Outcome Measurement processes this data because it has a legitimate interest in doing so. Data is deleted when Outcome Measurement no longer needs it and has no legal obligation to retain the data.
1.4 Testimonials
We will only include your name in your testimonial with your permission. If you wish to edit or remove your testimonial, please contact us at support@consultassistent.nl.
2. Why do we process personal data?
We have the following reasons (purposes) for processing data:
- In order to offer our services and to be able to deal with questions and requests relating to them.
- To provide you with information, either directly (by telephone or e-mail) or via our website.
- To enable our website to function and improve.
- To contact you about our services.
- To keep you informed about our organisation and invite you to meetings and events.
- To measure and improve the effectiveness of our direct marketing and communication.
- In order to process your application and assess your suitability for a position within the ConsultAssistant team.
- Complying with applicable laws and regulations and following the instructions of other supervisory bodies and inspectorates (such as the Tax and Customs Administration, the Social Affairs and Employment Inspectorate and the Personal Data Authority).
3. With whom do we share personal data?
Outcome Measurement does not sell your personal data to other parties. We provide personal data only to parties who help us optimise our services, execute the agreement with you or your organisation or to parties with whom we are legally obliged to share the data. We have concluded a processing agreement with companies that process the data.
Data processed in our CRM system and marketing platform is stored in the United States. This only concerns information about Outcome Measurement's customers or potential customers. The transfer of personal data takes place under the protection of the EU-US Privacy Shield regime.
4. Keep control of your data, your rights
If we hold personal data about you, you have a number of rights.
By contacting support@consultassistent.nl, you can:
- request information on the personal data we hold on you (we will inform you of the personal data we process);
- object to the processing of your personal data, provided that we cannot prevent third parties from sending e-mails to your e-mail address;
- request a restriction on your data processing; and/or
- have your data exported (we will send you a copy of the personal data we hold).
We will respond to your request within one month. We may ask you to verify your identity before executing your request. If your request is difficult to process, we may need more time to comply with your request and may delay the execution of your request.

5. How do we secure your personal data?
Outcome Measurement takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification. If you feel that your information is not properly protected or there are indications of misuse, please contact us at support@consultassistent.nl.

6.1 Data Protection Officer (FG)
We have appointed a Data Protection Officer. The data protection officer can be contacted at fg@consultassistent.nl.
6.2 Personal Data Authority (AP)
Should you be of the opinion that we do not (fully) comply with the AVG with regard to the processing of your personal data, then you as a data subject have the right to lodge a complaint with the AP. The AP can be contacted from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm via 088 - 1805 250 and 0900 - 2001 201.
7. Revision of this privacy statement
We reserve the right to amend this privacy statement. If we change this privacy declaration, we will inform you on our website and via our newsletter. We recommend that you consult this privacy statement regularly, so that you are aware of any changes.
8. Cookies on the ConsultAssistant website
Your privacy as a user of our website is of great importance. Therefore, we would like to inform you about the use of cookies on this ConsultAssistent website.
8.1 What are Cookies?
Cookies are small pieces of (text) information that are sent to your browser when you visit the website and that are then stored on the hard disk or in the memory of the peripheral equipment. The browser can send this information back the next time you visit the website. The cookies placed via this website cannot damage your peripherals or the files stored on them.
8.2 What cookies does the ConsultAssistant website use and for what purpose?
Our website uses functional cookies, which ensure that the website functions properly. You do not need to give permission for these. The website also uses analytical cookies, which are cookies that provide insight into the use of our website. These cookies do not store any personal data, so you do not need to give permission for them either. Read under the heading statistics how we set these analytical cookies. Finally, the website uses tracking cookies from YouTube, which are cookies used to create a user profile. This cookie is needed to play and display the 'embedded' YouTube videos. When you use our website, you agree to YouTube setting the tracking cookies.
8.3 Statistics
Our website uses Google Analytics to collect web statistics on the use of and visits to the website. Google Analytics places a permanent cookie on your peripheral equipment which registers your use of the website. This data is then analysed by Google and the results are provided to us. This gives us an insight into how our website is used. We can use this information to adjust our website or services if necessary. We do not provide this information to third parties.
With regard to Google Analytics cookies, we can further state that;
- We have concluded a processor agreement;
2) We have chosen to mask the last octet of the IP address;
3) 'data sharing' is deactivated;
4) we do not use other Google services in combination with the Google Analytics cookies.
8.4 Using the website?
When you first visited the website, we informed you about the cookies. We also asked for your permission to place the cookies. Do you no longer want us to store the cookies from your visit? If so, you can disable cookies by configuring your internet browser so that it does not store any more cookies.
