No long forms, just one question at a time—simple and easy to follow. Where necessary, additional explanations automatically appear next to an answer option, so that the questions are understandable to every patient.

The progress bar at the top of the screen also always shows where the patient is in the questionnaire. If additional questions are added along the way—for example, based on a previous answer—this becomes immediately visible. This way, the patient always knows where he or she stands.

It's a small detail, but it contributes to a more pleasant experience for the patient and to more complete answers.

We are currently working hard on a redesigned user interface for the patient portal. It will be easier to use, have a fresher look, and place even greater emphasis on accessibility. We look forward to sharing it with you soon.
