Developing your own questionnaires

Did you know that you can also develop customised questionnaires, modules and programmes in ConsultAssistent?

ConsultAssistant contains a large number of comprehensive auto-anamnesis and follow-up modules for specialities as well as a growing library of diagnostic, PROM and PREM questionnaires. We feel it is important to constantly expand our library of questionnaires in order to offer the widest possible range. If a validated questionnaire is missing from our library, we are happy to add it free of charge.

But suppose you want to develop and use a customised question module yourself. Of course, this is also possible. At ConsultAssistent, we offer you two options: you can develop the question module entirely yourself, or we can develop the question module for you, based on your wishes.

For the first option, there is our questionnaire development environment where you can develop your own question modules, test them and ask others for feedback. Our question module development environment contains many different question types and answer options. This allows you to create your own questions and combine them into a questionnaire. If you want to add more dimension to your questionnaires, you can, after some experience, develop your own decision trees that ensure that patients receive only relevant questions.

The other option is that we develop the question module for you according to your requirements. If you choose this option, we will of course develop the module in close cooperation with you so that it is set up exactly as you wish. Our module developers have a great deal of experience in formulating the right questions and developing question modules. We can also design complex formulas and decision trees for you. We will give you an indication of the expected time spent in advance and will invoice you afterwards based on the actual hours spent.

We find it important to learn from each other by sharing the knowledge we have gained. Therefore, you can share your self or jointly developed questionnaires with other hospitals that use ConsultAssistant. And you can use questionnaires developed by others yourself.

All questionnaires developed in ConsultAssistent are made available to anyone who uses ConsultAssistent. This way, the wheel does not have to be reinvented each time and patients can be helped even better.
