Understanding the response

A high response rate is very important for auto-anamnesis, online follow-up and PROM and PREMs, as is an up-to-date insight into this response.

Therefore ConsultAssistent has interactive response dashboards. These dashboards give a detailed insight in the response, displayed in a funnel and filtered on various levels like type of invitation, doctor and department.

The response dashboards provide an overview of the response rates. Using this handy tool, healthcare institutions can easily manage and analyse the response data themselves. In this way, ConsultAssistent supports care institutions in continuously measuring and improving effectively.

We have a great deal of knowledge and experience about achieving a high response rate. It is important to invite patients at the right moments. We therefore send invitation and reminder e-mails fully automatically. Moreover, we ask the right and relevant questions and ensure that patients see, understand and experience the added value.

This has resulted in our auto-anamnesis having a response rate of 83%. A result we are proud of.
