At ConsultAssistent, we make sure that as many patients as possible complete our question modules. But how do we make that as easy as possible?

๐Ÿ“– ๐๐Ÿ-๐ญ๐š๐š๐ฅ๐ง๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐š๐ฎ - Our questionnaires are written at B1 level. This means they are easy to understand for about 80% of the population. No complicated sentences or jargon-just clear and accessible language.
โ„น๏ธ ๐Œ๐จ๐ž๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ฃ๐ค๐ž ๐ฐ๐จ๐จ๐ซ๐๐ž๐ง? ๐†๐ž๐ž๐ง ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐›๐ฅ๐ž๐ž๐ฆ! - Sometimes we cannot escape medical terms, but then we always give additional explanations. For example, with a small 'i' next to the term so that patients get a clear explanation right away.

๐Ÿ“ฑ ๐Ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐š๐ฅ ๐ญ๐จ๐ž๐ ๐š๐ง๐ค๐ž๐ฅ๐ข๐ฃ๐ค - Our question modules work on any device: phone, tablet or computer. This allows each patient to complete the modules when and where it is convenient.
