ConsultAssistent is now live in the Department of Surgery at the HagaZiekenhuis!

We are proud to announce that all patients of the mammology and proctology outpatient clinic within HagaZiekenhuis are now using Consultassistent. Through our digital autoanamnesis, patients can fill out the smart questionnaire at home before their outpatient visit. This information is then entered directly into the EMR. This saves valuable time at the outpatient clinic, giving doctors more space to get to the heart of their problem together with patients, in an easier and more efficient consultation.

We can finally get started with the ConsultAssistent questionnaires. Before their clinic visit, patients can use a smart questionnaire to systematically describe their symptoms, which are then entered into the EHR in a standardized format. This frees up more time during the clinic visit to help the patient.
