ConsultAssistent is now live for the entire gynecology patient population at Ommelander Ziekenhuis Groningen
Following a successful launch of the gynecology module, which included the implementation of two care pathways, ConsultAssistent has now been expanded, and the automated medical history form is being used for all new patients in the Gynecology Department at Ommelander Ziekenhuis Groningen.
Thanks to this expansion, all patients receive the ConsultAssistent “ digital auto-anamnesis ” prior to their outpatient visit. This allows patients to document, among other things, their symptoms, medication use, and care needs. As a result, they enter the doctor’s office with a clearer picture of their situation and better prepared .
Our gynecology module provides support for patients with the following referral reasons, among others:
- Abdominal pain
- Subfertility/Infertility
- Menopausal Symptoms
- Pain During Sex
- Menstrual and cycle problems, such as irregular periods
- Urinary and prolapse symptoms, such as problems with bowel movements
The patient's responses are recorded in a structured format and are immediately entered into the NEXUS Nederland EMR, which helps ensure proper preparation for both the patient and the healthcare provider.
