The Oogziekenhuis Rotterdam will digitize several specialized care pathways in close collaboration with ConsultAssistent. ConsultAssistent’s ophthalmology module will be used throughout the entire process. ConsultAssistent supports both healthcare providers and patients, starting with the referral using the digital auto-anamnesis and extending to insights into the progression of symptoms and treatment via PROMs with dashboards.

Thanks to the link with ChipSoft's HiX-EMR, patients automatically receive invitations and results are fed back directly into the medical record. This saves time and makes the care process even more efficient, faster and less prone to errors.

In addition, using the data collected, collaborative research is conducted, for example, on the Graves, retinal detachment and glaucoma care pathways.
