New partnership with Goudenhart!
Great news from the field of geriatric rehabilitation! ConsultAssistent has entered into a new partnership with Goudenhart.
Goudenhart is a treatment service and part of the Fundis network organization, which operates in the field of geriatric rehabilitation, among others. They offer specialized treatments for vulnerable older adults and people with chronic illnesses. A multidisciplinary approach is central to their work, including during the intake process.
Together with Goudenhart , we’re currently working hard on developing a new intake questionnaire for geriatric rehabilitation!
This module will contribute to the quality of the care process for the patient, their loved ones, and the treatment team. These are great strides that make us very happy!
We look forward to continuing our collaboration with Goudenhart and to the upcoming developments within the VVT!
