With ConsultAssistent, healthcare providers can also invite patients for patient satisfaction surveys. This is in addition to our consultation support with auto-anamnesis, follow-up and PROMs. With patient satisfaction surveys, healthcare organisations measure the patient's experience with the provided care. Did the care provider communicate clearly? Were referrals made properly? Did the patient feel that they listened well? Are there any points for improvement? By sharing patients' experiences, healthcare organisations can learn what patients' wishes and needs are. In this way, they can better tailor the care to the patients' wishes.

In our patient satisfaction surveys, all data is collected anonymously. As a result, the data is also sent to the care organisations anonymously. The data cannot be traced back to individuals and has no influence on the care process. Anonymous is really anonymous; with us and with the care provider.
